Are quotes obligatory?

No. We offer no obligation quotes. This means that if we're out of budget, you're welcome to decline the quote.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately not. Due to the nature of our work, we put hours in to projects that we simply cannot get back. This is why we offer a payment plan per project to benefit both parties.

Do you do hosting as well? Or only development?

We offer hosting services with all our websites. We use one of the largest and most trusted companies in South Africa and have our own server to ensure all our clients are under one roof.

Do you do monthly digital and design retainers?

Yes we do. In marketing, you're never truly "done". It takes continuous work and improvements to stay top-of-mind. This is why we offer paid media, social media and website retainers to make sure your business is cared for.

Do you offer discounts?

Of course we do - given the right circumstances. We do offer discounts around certain times of the year of if we feel that businesses need some assistance - like during the Covid-19 lockdown period.
